This online service allows you to remit payments for the West Virginia Children's
Health Insurance Program’s Premium Plan (WVCHIP PREMIUM).
Alert
WVCHIP is currently having technical difficulties for some members to pay their premiums online. Please note that medical coverage will not be affected by this issue. Members may continue to try paying their premiums online periodically or can mail a check to the following address: WVCHIP, PO Box 40237, Charleston, WV 25364-0237 and be sure to write the account number/Guardian PIN on the check so that your payment will be credited to the correct account. If you do not know your Guardian PIN or Child PIN that are needed to make a payment online, please call our Helpline at 1-877-982-2447. Thank you for your patience.
Online Payment Process
There are four simple steps to submit your premium payment online:
1. Select the Make a payment option using the link to the right.
2. Log in by entering your Guardian PIN number and the PIN number of one of your children.
3. Pay premium fees using one of the following:
- Master Card
- Visa
- Discover
- American Express
- Diners
- ACH (Electronic Check)
4. View and print receipt.
If you have received your letter explaining premium coverage and have not made your
first payment, select the “Make an initial payment” option. Once your initial payment
is processed you will be eligible to make ongoing payments by selecting the “Make
an ongoing payment” option.
