Synopsis
|
Due to a lack of funds, the Bd. of Educ. did not conduct summer school programs and accordingly reduced Grievant's contract by thirty days. He was not offered any other contract or addendum after the continuing contract Grievant signed in 1984. Grievance GRANTED. By not voting to terminate Grievant's continuing contract prior to the fist of April, 1985, Respondent failed to comply with 18A-2-6. Respondent also erred in failing to issue any contract with an addendum, as agreed.
