Synopsis
|
Aides at bus terminal claim favoritism in that other aides have a more favorable schedule. Other aides have significant breaks mid-day when they may attend to personal errands, while grievants have morning, mid-day and evening duties which do not permit same convenience. All grievants work fewer hours on a weekly basis than the other aides. DECISION: DENIED. Grievants' schedule is result of Respondent's good-faith effort to equalize amount of time worked, and its assignment of given duties to certain aides in a reasonable and efficient manner. Favoritism not shown.
