GRIEVANCES MAY BE PROCESSED AT ANY REASONABLE TIME, BUT ATTEMPTS SHALL BE MADE TO DO SO WITH THE LEAST POSSIBLE INTERFERENCE WITH THE NORMAL OPERATIONS OF THE INSTITUTION OR THE EMPLOYEE'S NORMAL WORKING HOURS. IF GRIEVANCE HEARINGS ARE HELD DURING THE EMPLOYEE'S WORK TIME IT SHALL NOT RESULT IN ANY REDUCTION OF HIS SALARY, WAGES, RATE OF PAY OR OTHER BENEFITS AND SHALL BE COUNTED AS TIME WORKED.
