Synopsis
|
Supt Staats did not recommend that gr be rehired for 87-88 school term on April 30, 1987 and the Jackson County BOE voted on that date not to rehire gr because of his poor personnel evaluations. Gr had only 11 regularly scheduled working days from the time he received the improvement plan and the date of his final evaluation to implement the required changes in said plan. St BOE Policy 5300 prohibits the termination of an employee for unsatisfactory performance unless the employee is given an opportunity to improve his/her job performance.
