Synopsis
|
The statute requires that once the substitute seniority list is established that all substitute assignments shall be made on a rotating basis. This is mandatory. In the absence of good cause it is a violation of the statute and an arbitrary act to manipulate the list. Here the G was told she was next but the principal believed that sufficient effort had not been made to contact a particular substitute.
