Synopsis
|
The Grievant drove an extracurricular bus run that was eliminated by the Webster County Board of Education. Since he had the least seniority, he was not given another run to take its place. He alleged that he was improperly notified of the decision, and thus, should be granted another run to replace this one. The hearing examiner determined that he would be placed on a preferred recall list and would be hired for open positions on the basis of seniority.
