Synopsis
|
Duties of two administrative positions were combined into one position and resulted in a newly created position as evidenced by the organizational chart. That position was not posted an filled by the person holding the 'old' position. A superintendent's decision advised that if there is an intent to reorganize staff, an organizational chart should be approved by the county board of education. Once approved, the directors could be reassigned without a posting of their positions if they suffer no reduction of salary.
