Synopsis
|
Residents from the grievant's neighborhood expressed their concern that the bus was causing damage to the road and their displeasure at it's appearance on the street. Grievant's contention that he benefits from using an automobile to drive to the bus is so small a portion that it is insignificant. Decision DENIED; Grievant has not shown parking the bus at his home to have been a part of his employment or compensation agreement. It is the duty of the employee, not the Board of Education, to provide the employees transportation to and from work.
