Synopsis Prior to the non-renewal of her probationary contract, grievant had been employed as an early childhood education aide. Grievant alleges a violation in that her release from employment was improper according to employee reduction in force mandates and/or procedurally deficient as she was not accorded a timely hearing. DECISION: The school board did not conduct a hearing within the thirty days as required.
