Synopsis
|
This case finds that the CB did violate the posting requirements but found that Grievants were not mislead by the Transportation Supervisor. Grievants declined to take the run because they planned a vacation and argued they were told the job would be rotated, which was contrary to the manual and should have that was the case. Other posting cases are cited Yeager v. Nicholas CB; Hammond v. Logan CB Abandon State ex rel. Hawkins v. Tyler, 275 S.E.2d 908, 916 (1980).
