Synopsis
|
A county board of education has a duty to preserve the integrity of it's schools. Therefore, a county board of education, through it's superintendent of schools, may, in an emergency situation, unilaterally change the work-shift of a staffer during the school year, if, for example, there is an immediate and reasonable need to minimize that person's contact with people, especially young children. Insubordination was proven.
