Synopsis
|
Grievant, presently assigned as a Special Education Aide at Cline Grade School, alleged her transfer from the same position at Gilbert Grade School was improper. Respondent argued that the transfer was necessary because the facilities at Gilbert were inaccessible to the students to whom Grievant was assigned. DECISION: GRIEVANCE GRANTED. Respondent failed to follow the provisions of W.Va. Code 18A-2-7 in transferring Grievant.
