Synopsis
|
Grievants were promoted to their senior status prior to the implementation of the revised Policy Bulletin No. 62, which raised the amount of the salary increase upon promotion or upgrade. Two employees in this classification received the increase but grievants herein did not. (See Tucker/Wilburn decision). Grievance granted; To the extent that the revised BOR Bulletin No. 62 resulted in salary inequities within the senior craftsman classification it is in violation of Code, 18-26-8(a)(12) which requires a uniform system of compensation for all employees other than faculty and policy level administrators.
