Synopsis
|
Gr was injured on January 6, 1986, when he slipped on ice and fell. He was off work until November, 1986. At the time of the injury, he had twenty two days of sick leave. He applied for and rec'd workers' comp payments for the period he was off. Gr was denied incremental pay credit because he had worked or had been paid for 111 days during the school year. Decision denied; Based upon State Board of Education Policy 5610 and the opinion of the State Supt of Schools gr did not qualify for incremental pay for failure to perform the 133 work day requirement.
