Grievant was originally employed as a cook in 1975 and remained in that position until 1982. Thereafter she applied for and was awarded the position of a part-time secretary III. Grievant initiated grievance proceedings when she was not selected to fill a full-time position. DECISION: Grievant failed to pass a qualifications.
