|
Grievant is employed by the Division of Corrections as a Corrections Case Manager (CCM). Grievant requested that the Division of Personnel (DOP) reallocate his position to a Corrections Program Specialist, Senior. DOP determined that the primary duties of the position were best suited to a CCM. Grievant did not prove that this determination was arbitrary and capricious. Accordingly, this grievance is DENIED.
