Registration Information

Step 1: Create an account with WV.gov
Every user authorized to access this system will need to register with WV.gov to create their own unique user id and password. Visit https://apps.wv.gov/accounts and select the Sign Up button to register a new account.

Step 2: Contact the State Tax Department to request access
After completing the WV.gov account registration, contact the IT HELPDESK at (304) 741-8900 or by email at TAXITHELPDESK@wv.gov to request access.
