Synopsis
|
Grievant, employed and classified as a Custodian III, contends that he is doing the work of a Custodian IV, that he also works in the general maintenance classification and that he has not been properly compensated for weekend extra-duty work. DECISION: GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Grievant did not prove his contentions that he should be multiclassified or that he was deserving of back wages for work he agreed to perform. However, grievant performs the duties of a Custodian IV and Respondent has a non-discretionary duty to annually review and advance grievant's classification status accordingly.
