|
Gr was given an unsatisfactory evaluation and was issued a plan of improvement subsequent to the observations made by an improvement team. This was the second evaluation made, the first one deemed flawed by a lower level grievance evaluator. Grievant maintains that she did not participate in the development of the improvement plan in violation of State Board of Education Policy 5300 and 5310. State Board Policy 5300 required a principal use input from the employee when developing an improvement plan.
