Synopsis
|
Gr was employed as a teacher from 1970 until she resigned in 1980. Gr was again employed by the same BOE in November 1980 through the 86-87 schools term. At the beginning of the 87-88 school term, gr was advised that as a teacher with the least seniority, her employment would be terminated as a result of a RIF. Gr's teaching years were not calculated in her total seniority credit. Seniority of professional personnel is to be determined on the basis of the length of time the employee has been professionally employed by the BOE.
