This service allows you to purchase your personal driving record online. You may not purchase a driving record for anyone other than yourself. You may also request your driving record in person at any branch office of the DMV or by mail.

Any person who knowingly or willfully obtains information under false pretenses will be in violation of state and federal law, and if convicted, will be fined not more than $1000 and/or imprisoned not more than one year. I hereby certify that the information obtained from the Division of Motor Vehicles will be used for the sole purpose stated above.
