G', special education teacher, alleged that, due to favoritism and inadequate review of her credentials, two summer school positions for which she applied were filled by less qualified applicants. DECISION: G failed to support her allegations with evidence. The hirer testified that he did consider all applicants' credentials and considered certain skills of the successful applicants as desirable.
