Synopsis The contracts of the vo/ag instructors were reduced from 240 days to 230 days due to a loss of assessed valuation caused by a plant closure and resulting in a loss off school receipts. A reorganizational system was prepared in response to the loss of revenue. Part of the reorganization involved an across-the-board abolishment of paid vacation and to reduce all personnel employment contracts. Notices and hearings were held for the affected employees and there was not violation of 6-9A-4. Grievance denied. It cannot be presumed that the school board ignored the evidence or otherwise acted in bad faith in approving the recommendation of the Supt to cut employment terms of all affected employees after the first such hearing and decision was made. Any alleged error in the asserted predisposition or arbitrariness of the school board in grievant's hearing before the board and decision making process has been obviated by a complete review at level four.
