Synopsis
|
Grievant, a teacher, was suspended with pay after her arrest on two warrants charging her with sexual intercourse with a thirteen year old juvenile. After a magistrate found probable cause at the preliminary hearing she was suspended without pay. The BOE did not meet the Golden requirement that the conduct affected job performance or adversely affected the students or the school community and the suspension was found unlawful. Grievant was reinstated with back full back pay.
