Synopsis Grievant was employed by Respondent as a Child Support Specialist II. Grievant was terminated for repeatedly failing to adhere to the requirements of his Attendance Improvement Plan. Respondent proved charges sufficient to establish good cause to terminate Grievant’s employment due to Grievant’s repeated unsubstantiated absences from work and failure to adhere to the requirements of his Attendance Improvement Plan. Grievant failed to establish that the termination of his employment was improper due to harassment or as a result of working in a hostile work environment. Accordingly, the grievance is Denied.
