Synopsis Respondent posted a job vacancy on October 5, 2023, for the position of Communications-in-Schools Site Coordinator and Home Bound Teacher. On October 10, 2023, Grievant made application for the positions. Grievant was notified by Respondent that she was not the successful candidate for either position on or about October 24, 2023. Grievant filed this action on or about December 12, 2023, challenging the action of Respondent. The record of this matter demonstrates that Grievant failed to file a grievance within fifteen days following the occurrence of the event upon which the grievance is based.
