WV Secretary of State Bulk Data Service

Registration Information In order to use this service you must complete the following steps:

Step 1: Create an account with WV.gov
Every establishment authorized to access this system will need to have their personnel responsible for using the system to register with WV.gov to create their own unique user id and password.
Step 2: Complete the WV.gov Monthly Account Holder Agreement
You must be a monthly account holder in order to access certain e-Government services through the WV.gov portal.
Step 3: Complete the Business Entity Form and/or UCC Bulk Data Request Form and/or UCC Images Bulk Data Request Form
These forms are used to request purchases of bulk data from the Secretary of State.
Step 4: Complete the Contract for Commercial Resale of Secretary of State Records Form
If the Monthly Account Holder intends to resell the Secretary of State bulk data records, the Monthly Account Holder must also complete the Secretary of State Contract for Commercial Resale of Secretary of State Records form.
Step 5: Complete the UCC Bulk Images Nondisclosure Argreement Form
If selecting the Secretary of State UCC Images subscription, the Monthly Account Holder must also complete the UCC Bulk Images Nondisclosure Agreement form.
Step 6: Mail the completed forms to West Virginia Interactive

Once your Bulk Data Service Agreement has been processed you will be notified when your account is activated.
